Von Morris Tilt Turn trims are a direct replacement for the exposed trim on most tilt turn windows. The M5 mounting screws are located at 43mm centers to attach to the internal gear mechanism. The exposed spindle that engages the gears is 7mm on the square. The images below show the trims in one possible configuration; however, because all Von Morris Levers are interchangeable, any lever can be used with any cover.
